UDC’s 13% FAILURE

  • Report shows UDC struggling to implement 171 manifesto promises
  • About 148 promises at 0% stage, only 13% are in progress
  • Boko declared no social contract binding UDC to promises

Researchers Mokaloba Mokaloba and Matron Muchena from The African Citizens Watch Platform (ACW) developed and deployed by SIVIO Institute have revealed that the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) administration is struggling to fulfil 171 promises pledged to the electorates during the 2024 election.

The African Citizens Watch Tracker is an independent platform developed and deployed by SIVIO Institute to track the performance and effectiveness of African governments based on the pledges made in election manifestos and other important policy pronouncements.
